Flobgongohogin

Flobgongohogin is a bus driver in West Future Town. "Once the most notorious bank robber this side of the future asteroid belt, Flobgongohogin had been arrested and, as punishment for his crimes, had been used in genetic splicing experiments" (Part 1: Chapter 2), causing him to mutate with a chipmunk.

Following these experiments, he was seen as unfit for work by every business in West Future Town due to harsh discrimination against chipmunk-human hybrids, Flobgongohogin decided to start his very own bus company. Due to his ability to cleanly bite off the head of anybody misbehaving on his bus, his company quickly gained a reputation for having the cleanest and most efficient buses in the country.
