Ash Ketchum

Ash first appears as one of Holden's competitors during his first MME tournament. He attempts to interrogate Holden as to the whereabouts of Team Rocket. When Holden is unable to supply a satisfactory answer Ash decides that it is time to fight. He uses Pikachu to attack Holden and in the fight Holden discovers that Ash is a ghost and unable to be defeated by a mere future wizard.

Ash is defeated by Thor, the god of lightening, when he falls through the ceiling of the arena and crushes Ash and Pikachu, winning Holden the battle.
